Zeutschel sports sponsorship: focus on local commitment and promoting young talent

The world of sport is about success, but also about strengthening the regional community and the individual promotion of young people. At Zeutschel, we support these goals with a range of sponsorship activities.

“Zeutschel is deeply rooted in the Tübingen / Reutlingen region. We see it as our responsibility to help clubs and talented athletes in our area to develop. This is our contribution to the success of local sport and shows our commitment to the region,” explains Christian Hohendorf, one of Zeutschel’s two Managing Directors.

And Markus Wagner, also Managing Director, adds: “Through our commitment to young talent, we want to help the next generation of athletes develop their full potential.”

The TuSsies and the Tigers

Zeutschel is a bronze sponsor of the women’s handball Bundesliga club TuS Metzingen. The TuSsies, as the team calls itself, surprisingly won the DHB Cup in March, the first title in the club’s history.

As part of the sponsorship, Zeutschel presents the results of the matches on the club’s social media pages. And there are exclusive advertising spaces with the company logo on the substitutes’ benches.

As a business partner of the Tigers Tübingen, we are involved with the Bundesliga basketball club. Zeutschel presents the starting five both virtually on social media and in the arena. The company logo also adorns a banner above the entrance door.

Support for young up-and-coming talent

Zeutschel is taking over the patronage for the youth handball national team player Ida Petzold from TuS Metzingen and the forward/center Kriss Helmanis from the Tigers Tübingen.

“Young people are our future, also in sport. We are therefore very proud to support young talent. We want to enable them to develop both athletically and personally and realize their dreams,” explains Markus Wagner.

Local clubs also benefit

In addition to the professional sector, Zeutschel also supports popular sports, such as the handball department of TSV Neckartenzlingen. In addition to hall advertising, which benefits the sponsoring association, we also help to finance training jackets for all teams

The focus of sponsorship for TSV Hirschau is on the little ones who want to make it big. The entire E-youth soccer team receives a set of shirts from us.

Zeutschel is also a sponsor of the annual Hirschau Spitzberglauf. With its picturesque panoramic route past vineyard slopes around the Wurmlinger chapel, this running competition is one of the most beautiful scenic runs in Baden-Württemberg.
